Hi my name is Renee Frye, I am a Shaman Reiki Master Healer and Instructor, a Mindful Master Yoga Instructor and the MHIR™ Behavior Response System Founder and Educator.
I am avid in healing, mindfulness, yoga, running, cross training, qigong, hiking, biking, educating, research, furthering education, sweat lodge ceremonies, pow wows, beading, exploring nature, retreats, festivals and, protecting Mother Earth.
I am in a unique place to accommodate and relate to most anyone. I have been through alcohol, drugs, nicotine, caffeine, food addiction, bulimia, battered woman syndrome, suicidal, self loathing, depression, anxiety and more. I became an abuser, an obsessive-compulsive controller, a martyr, and a victim. I struggled through all of those lifestyles, never finding true relief or joy.
I decided to stop drinking and doing drugs, I was clean and sober for over a decade. but still was not comfortable in my own skin. I knew I was searching for something; I just wasn't sure what that was.
A defining moment in my life occurred when I realized that I could be whole by truly loving and accepting myself and all my flaws. PURE LOVE and COMPLETE ACCEPTANCE without identifying in the damage that had occurred. I just didn't know how to get to that place.I now know that everything I needed was inside of me all along. It was a matter of peeling back the layers of dysfunction that I had built over the years, reprogramming and integrating my heart and mind.
This process led to the creation of the MHIR™ Behavioral Response System which has allowed me to lead a healthy, cohesive balanced life with lasting results.
This was such a frustrating, difficult, painful, profound and powerful experience, I knew these tools needed to be accessible to all.
I have dedicated my life and practice to education and studies in this pursuit.
The MHIR™ Behavior Response System has been developed through quantum physics, applied mathematics and science-based methodology. The MHIR™ Behavior Safety Training's consist of simple life management tools that allow the reprogramming of learned behavior through a heart response, rather than a mind reaction.

Utilizing MHIR™ Daily Action Tools, will provide the ability to make cognitive decisions in stressful situations. This training will build resilience and the capacity to recover from stress. Healing throughout our physical, mental, spiritual and energetic bodies is imperative for wellness and good health to be obtained. This wellness approach embraces the essence of who you are at your most authentic, your true self, awakening the inner light.
Healing starts with Mindful options and choices promoting awareness, facilitating freedom and wholeness. Mindfulness is the practice of being in the present moment without judgment and has been shown to have significant psychological and physiological benefits when properly trained and practiced. Mindfulness protects us, our families and our society. When we are Mindful, we can see that by refraining from doing one thing, we can prevent another thing from happening. We arrive at our own unique insight. It is not something imposed on us by an outside authority, it is our choice. Mindful practice starts with awareness of the breath, if you can breathe, you can find equanimity, you can heal yourself, you can change your life.
