This first appointment is 90 minutes and includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Holistic Energy Therapy. You will also receive a calming spray, sage bundle, and the MBM Basics Package (7 Mindful Behavior Modification videos and 3 pdfs, our CBT Reprogramming Thought Journal, Wellness Chart, and Wellness Action Plan).

For newcomers or surfacing challenges, a series of appointments are recommended. Minimum Sessions Recommended: 4-8 bi-monthly appointments. Additional sessions may be needed. Multiple appointments allow for a much deeper release of trauma, stress, and negativity while restoring positivity and balance. It takes multiple sessions to reprogram the negativity and blockages we have acquired over time.
Recommended: Trauma-Responsive Healing Therapy Treatments are suggested, at least every 2 months, as Holistic and Mental Health Management after the initial process is complete.
